Please follow these instructions to keep your product in the best condition:
Wash garment inside out, cold (30 °C / 86 °F)
Use mild detergent, no bleach
Tumble dry low or hang dry
Do not iron over the print
Do not dry clean
Avoid fabric softeners
Because of the nature of print-on-demand, slight variations in color, placement, or sizing may occur and are considered normal.
All products are made to order (no inventory). Typical production time is 2–5 business days, after which your order is shipped. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping carrier.
USA: ~3–4 business days after fulfillment
Europe: ~6–8 business days
Australia / New Zealand: ~2–14 business days
International (other countries): ~10–20 business days (may vary)
Some items (like mugs, hats, posters, canvas prints) ship separately, and multiple-item orders may be split into multiple shipments. You will receive tracking info once your order ships.
International orders may be subject to customs, import taxes, or duties, payable by the buyer.
If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we’ll help trace it. If a package is returned to us due to delivery issues (wrong address, unclaimed), we’ll notify you and hold it for 30 days — you can choose to have it reshipped (shipping costs apply) or cancel and refund (if eligible).
Because our products are custom printed on demand, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind (e.g. wrong size / changed your mind). However, we do offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:
The item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing mistake
You file your claim within 30 days of delivery
You provide your order number, detailed description, and clear photos of the issue
Once your claim is approved, we will either send a replacement at no extra cost, or issue a refund for the item (excluding original shipping in some cases). You generally do not need to send the damaged item back.
If a package is returned to us because of shipping errors (e.g. wrong address, unclaimed), we will notify you and hold it for 30 days. You may choose to reship it (at your cost) or cancel the order / issue a refund.
For Brazilian customers: By local consumer law, you may cancel your order within 7 calendar days of receiving it, even for custom goods. Please contact us directly if you wish to do so.
