Ingredients
Dumplings:
- 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, finely chopped 
- ½ cup cabbage, shredded 
- 2 green onions, finely chopped 
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

- 20 wonton wrappers 
Soup:
- 6 cups vegetable broth 
- 1 tbsp ginger, sliced 
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed
