1. Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. We offer a 1-year warranty. Please refer to our 1 Year Warranty Guarantee Page.

 

2. What is your shipping time?

It will take us about two business days to process an order. When we say processing time, this means the time it takes for your payment to go through, package, and send it to the post office. Shipping depends on your location, so 2 business days processing then between 3- 6 business days shipping.  


3. What charity does my dollar from my purchase go to?

We donate a dollar to Good360, where your dollar equals ten. They have a variety of “goods” they receive and give back to different countries and communities. To learn more, go to good360.com


4. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, but we only offer electronic gift cards. Doing our part for the environment!

 

5. Do you ship worldwide?

No. Currently we only ship in the United States.

 

6. What is your return policy?

We have a 14 day return policy. Earrings and custom made items are not accepted. Refer to our Return Policy Page for more details.
