How do I join? Is it free?

Create an account with us for free - you'll automatically be a member of My Rewards and receive 50 points.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points for different activities like making a purchase, referring friends, and having a birthday. Check out the ''How to Earn Points'' section above to see all the ways you can earn points. Points collected from making a purchase will appear in your account 14 days after the order date (this is to allow a period for returns). Points collected from referring a friend will appear in your account after the friend has completed a purchase.

How do I view my points balance?

Approved: These points are available to be redeemed for rewards.

Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them.

Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, if you cancel a purchase, the keys will change from pending to cancelled.
